Banana Walnut Milkshake is a high energy drink which combines the goodness of banana and walnut. It is a most effective food to give during Fever.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup banana, peeled and quartered
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- 4-5 ice cubes
- Honey to drizzle
METHOD
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minute.
- Pour into a glass, drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
