Ingredients

  • Chicken whole 1
  • Tamarind juice 1/2 cup
  • Chat masala 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Zarda color a pinch
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Oil for deep frying
  • For Chutney:
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Cumminseed 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies 2-3
  • Yogurt/curd 1 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash chicken slit with knife.
  2. Take little water, 3 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste mix well rub on chicken put a side for 1 hour.
  3. In a large bowl put tamarind juice, chat masala, salt, red chilli powder, a pinch zarda color, lemon juice,ginger garlic paste 2 tsp mix all spices well.
  4. Marinate chicken in this mixed spices for at least 6 hours.
  5. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the chicken.
  6. To make Chutney: Blend together garlic, cummin seed, green chillies, salt and half cup of yogurt in a blender.
  7. Add half cup of yogurt and mix well.
  8. Serve hot with naan, chutney and salad or flat bread.
